Divulgación del programa. La Sociedad Fiduciaria Industrial S. A., hará conocer ampliamente la decisión del Gobierno Nacional contenida en este Decreto de vender las acciones objeto del presente programa y el precio mínimo señalado y podrá realizar actividades de promoción dirigidas a los posibles inversionistas destinatarios de las ofertas que se realicen en desarrollo de las etapas previstas en el artículo 3°.
