Art. 26. El que defraudare el impuesto sobre los cigarrillos haciendo uso de marcas de fábricas falsificadas ó usurpadas, incurrirá en penas dobles de las señaladas en el artículo 20 de este decreto, sin perjuicio de la de que trata el artículo 593 del Código Penal.
