De las circunstancias atenuantes. Se consideran circunstancias atenuantes de una infracción las siguientes
Los buenos antecedentes o conducta anterior;
La ignorancia invencible;
El confesar la falta voluntariamente antes de que se produzca daño a la salud humana, la sanidad animal o vegetal, o se cause deterioro al ambiente, y
Procurar por iniciativa propia resarcir el daño o compensar el perjuicio causado, antes de la ocurrencia de la sanción.
