El impuesto de consumo a que se refiere el artículo anterior, sobre las mercancías extranjeras que importen los comerciantes de la Intendencia Especial de San Andrés y Providencia, a través de las zonas francas establecidas y que se establezcan en el territorio continental colombiano, será del cinco por ciento (5%) liquidado en la forma prevista en dicho artículo.
