º . Del campo de aplicación. El presente Decreto se aplica a las loterías que explotan sus derechos ordinarios semanalmente con base en la Ley 64 de 1923. También a las loterías que tienen asociados sus derechos por virtud de lo previsto en el Decreto 2274 de 1991, pero sólo en lo relacionado con el artículo 5º del presente Decreto.
