Para el caso de que el Gobierno haya de llevar a cabo la fundación de la sociedad anónima prevista en el artículo 1°, destínase hasta la cantidad de trescientos mil pesos ($ 300,000).

Queda facultado el Gobierno para efectuar las operaciones financieras tendientes a arbitrar los recursos extraordinarios para cubrir la suma expresada, si no pudiere destinarse la partida correspondiente de los fondos ordinarios en la ley de Apropiaciones.
