º La Junta de Inmigraciones y Asentamientos Humanos, relacionada con la misma materia en San Andrés y Providencia, funcionará como órgano consultivo del Gobierno Nacional y estará integrada así: -El Jefe del Departamento Administrativo de Intendencias y Comisarías Dainco, o su delegado, quien la presidirá. -El Jefe del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad DAS o su delegado. -Un delegado del Presidente de la República designado de entre los miembros de la Comunidad Isleña. -Un delegado del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores. -El Intendente Especial de San Andrés y Providencia, o su delegado. -El Comandante del Comando Específico asignado a la zona. -Un representante del Consejo Intendencial elegido por la Corporación. Actuará como Secretario de la misma el representante del Consejo Intendencial elegido por la Corporación. Corresponde a la misma Junta expedir su reglamento.
