De la calificación para la inscripción en la categoría de oficial. La calificación en la categoría de oficial, se determinará con base en la certificación expedida por un maestro artesano, a cuyo servicio haya trabajado durante dos (2) años mínimo como aprendiz, acreditando la condición de propietario de un taller artesanal, con funcionamiento mínimo de dos (2) años.

Parágrafo

La calificación en la categoría de oficial tendrá una vigencia mínima de dos (2) años.
