Prohibición. Ninguna persona podrá votar simultáneamente por un candidato a la Cámara de circunscripción territorial y por un candidato a la Cámara de circunscripción especial.

Artículo 2.3.1.4.10. Tarjeta electoral. La tarjeta electoral corresponderá al modelo diseñado por la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil.
