todas aquellas actividades que faciliten el encuentro entre oferta y demanda laboral.

todas aquellas actividades que conlleven al mejoramiento de las condiciones de empleabilidad y la mitigación de barreras para el acceso y permanencia a un empleo.

Parágrafo 1

. El Ministerio de Trabajo fijará las reglas para la prestación de los servicios de gestión y colocación de empleo.

Parágrafo 2

Las cajas de compensación familiar deberán prestar servicios de gestión y colocación previa autorización de la autoridad competente.
