El juez que declara la quiebra aprehenderá privativamente y en cuaderno separado la tramitación y decisión del proceso penal. El mismo juez tendrá competencia para investigar y sancionar en forma exclusiva los delitos indicados en los artículos anteriores y los conexos con ellos.
