Obtener y utilizar documentos que no corresponden a la operación de comercio exterior de que se trate, por no ser los originalmente expedidos o se encuentren adulterados”. “9. Prestar sus servicios o desarrollar actividades de operador de comercio exterior con personas inexistentes o, cuando no obstante su existencia, no hubiere autorizado la operación”.
