Art. 21. El Revisor practicará mensualmente una visita en el Banco, en la cual, ademas de examinar las operaciones del Balance, se cerciore de que las existencias en metálico o documentos en la caja del Banco, se hallan en la debida proporcion con los billetes en circulacion. Del resultado de estas visitas se dará cuenta al público en el Diario Oficial.
