Artículo decimosexto. En ningún caso y por ningún concepto la remuneración que devenguen los empleados públicos a que se aliare este Decreto podrá exceder la que corresponda por .concepto de sueldo y gastos de representación a los ministros del Despacho y Jefes de Departamento Administrativo.
