Ampliación de la licencia sanitaria de funcionamiento . En las licencias sanitarias de funcionamiento que se concedan a los establecimientos de que trata el presente Decreto, deberá indicarse el tipo de proceso que se autoriza. Los establecimientos que introduzcan modificaciones en los procesos inicialmente autorizados, dentro del término de vigencia de la licencia, requieren para su funcionamiento de la ampliación de la misma.
