Artículo octavo. Es competencia del Fondo Universitario Nacional conocer todos los aspectos referentes al cumplimiento de este Decreto, ejercer las funciones de supervisión de los estudios de graduados en las universidad es y presentar recomendaciones al Ministerio de Educación Nacional para su aprobación mediante resolución del mismo Ministerio .
