El que falsifique licencias o documentos análogos, que legalmente deben dar los funcionarios públicos, o los altere de cualquier manera en su fecha o sentido, refiriéndolos a personas o tiempos diferentes de aquellos a quienes verdaderamente se refieren, o haga uso de esos documentos falsificados o alterados, o los entregue a otro para que haga uso de ellos, será castigado con reclusión por veinte días a un año.
