Decreto 2642 de 2022 · por el cual se modifica el Decreto 2555 de 2010 y los Decretos 1072 de 2015 Único Reglamentario del Sector Trabajo, 1074 de 2015 Único Reglamentario del Sector, Comercio, Industria y Turismo, 1075 de 2015 Único Reglamentario del Sector Educación y 1079 de 2015 Único Reglamentario del Sector Transporte.

del artículo 2.10.7.1.18. del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo 1

Cuando el valor de las acciones a rematar supere la cifra de diecinueve millones setecientos treinta y cuatro mil setecientos sesenta y cuatro con setenta y seis unidades de valor tributario - UVT (19.734.764,76), el veinte por ciento (20%) de que trata el presente artículo se podrá reducir al diez por ciento (10%) del total de las acciones ofrecidas en venta.”
