Un ejemplar del registro estadístico del estado civil, debidamente autorizado por el Alcalde y el Secretario, se remitirá mensualmente al Director Subalterno de Estadística, otro ejemplar, en la misma forma se pasará al Notario del Respectivo Circuito, quien formará de todos los ejemplares que se le remitan en cada año, un volumen, que debidamente empastado, se custodiará en la Notaria, y otro ejemplar se conservará en el archivo de la Alcaldía.
