Artículo tercero. Los Oficiales en quienes concurra alguna o algunas de las causales a que se refiere el presente Decreto, podrán ser retirados del servicio activo a solicitud de la Dirección General, previo concepto de la Junta Asesora de la Policía Nacional por incapacidad técnica.
