Subrogación y repetición. En los casos en que se otorgue la reparación individual por vía administrativa, el Estado se subrogará en el monto de las medidas de reparación que hubiere reconocido en beneficio de las víctimas, y tendrá derecho a repetir contra los victimarios por dichas sumas de dinero debidamente indexadas.
