Diligenciamiento del acta de toma de muestras . El responsable del proceso de toma de muestras deberá diligenciar el acta de toma de muestras. El atleta certificará su conformidad con el proceso, firmando el acta, la cual será así mismo firmada por el responsable de la toma de la muestra y el acompañante del atleta si está presente. En caso de inconformidad de alguna de las partes del proceso, esta situación deberá declararse en el acta de control al dopaje en el apartado de observaciones debiendo firmarse tal declaración.
