Articulo 20 . Enajenación de activos a otras entidades públicas. El liquidador procederá a ofrecer los bienes de la entidad en liquidación a las entidades públicas en los términos establecidos en el artículo 30 del Decreto-ley 254 de 2000 modificado por el artículo 16 de la Ley 1105 de 2006 y en las normas que lo reglamenta.
