El Comandante General Dispondrá Personalmente La Organización De Los Cuerpos De Gendarmería Que Deben Prestar Sus Servicios En Los Distintos Departamentos, Conforme Al Orden Que Se Le Designe

Articulo 16. El Comandante general dispondrá personalmente la organización de los Cuerpos de Gendarmería que deben prestar sus servicios en los distintos Departamentos, conforme al orden que se le designe.

Parágrafo

En caso de ausencia del primer Jefe de la Comandancia general, se encargará del Despacho el segundo.
