º . Creación. Autorízase la creación de fondos departamentales, distritales y municipales de pensiones públicas, que se denominarán "Fondos de Pensiones Territoriales", a más tardar el 30 de junio de 1995, en concordancia con lo establecido en el artículo 151 de la Ley 100 de 1993.
