La Nación contribuye con la suma de cien mil pesos ($ 100.000-00) para que el Municipio de Santander emprenda la construcción de sus obras de primordial interés, las que determinará una Junta integrada por el Presidente del Concejo, el Alcalde, el Personero Municipal y dos ciudadanos nombrados por el Gobernador del Departamento del Cauca, Junta que rendirá sus cuentas a la Contraloría General de la Nación.
