Artículo único. Concédese á José María Gómez Acevedo una pensión alimenticia de cuarenta pesos ($40) mensuales, pagable desde la sanción de esta ley, la que se cubrirá en los mismos términos que fija la ley para los militares de la Independencia, como asimilado á éstos.
