ARTICULO 25 . Clasificación de los Empleos. - Los empleos de la planta de personal del Instituto pertenecen a la carrera administrativa, con excepción de los siguientes

1.

Los del Director, Subdirector, Secretario General, Secretario Privado, Asesor, Consejero, Jefe de Oficina, Jefe de División y los demás empleos de Jefe de dependencia que tengan una categoría superior a la de Jefe de Sección;

2.

Los empleos del despacho del Director;

3.

Los empleos de manejo;

4.

Los empleos de tiempo parcial; CAPITULO IX DISPOSICIONES LABORALES TRANSITORIAS DISPOSICIONES GENERALES
