ARTICULO 11 . ESTRUCTURA ORGÁNICA. La estructura interna de la Caja Promotora de Vivienda Militar será determinada de conformidad con las disposiciones legales vigentes y se ajustará a las siguientes normas

Las unidades del nivel directivo se denominarán Subgerencias.

Las unidades que cumplen funciones de asesoría o de coordinación, se denominarán oficinas. Cuando incluyan personal ajeno a la Caja se denominarán Consejos.

Las unidades operativas, incluidas las que atienden los servicios administrativos internos, se denominarán Divisiones.

Las unidades que se creen para el estudio o decisión de asuntos especiales, se denominarán Comisiones o Juntas. CAPITULO IV. PATRIMONIO Y RECURSOS
