Intereses moratorios. Los concesionarios que no paguen oportunamente las contraprestaciones a su cargo deberán liquidar y pagar intereses moratorios por cada día calendario de retardo en el pago, a la tasa establecida en el artículo 635 del Estatuto Tributario.
