Art. 175. Todos los efectos que por cualquier motivo estén en los almacenes de las Aduanas i tengan mas de un año de estar en ellos, se declararán bandonados despues que se practiquen las dilijencias que establece el artículo siguniente, i que apesar de ellas no se hayan importado.
