Articulo 106 . Inscripción de los importadores en el ministerio de salud . Todos los importadores de bebidas alcohólicas deberán inscribirse en el ministerio de salud, para lo cual se reglamenta lo relacionado con dicha inscripción y organizará un kardex donde deberá consignarse todo cambio que se produzca durante la vigencia del registro sanitario.
