Autorización para la celebración del contrato sindical. La celebración de un contrato sindical por parte de un sindicato será autorizada mediante decisión previa de sus afiliados en asamblea general.

TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.2.1.19. Suscripción. El contrato sindical será suscrito por el representante legal del sindicato de acuerdo con lo establecido en la ley o en sus estatutos.

Para todos los efectos legales, el representante legal de la organización sindical que suscriba el contrato sindical ejercerá la representación de los afiliados que participan en el Contrato Sindical.
