Con aprobación del Consejo de Ministros, la nación podrá celebrar acuerdos o contratos con Gobiernos extranjeros en los cuales las partes se comprometen recíprocamente y en las mismas condiciones a dotar de sede a las respectivas misiones diplomáticas o consulares o de residencias a sus funcionarios.
