Prohibiciones Del Representante

Decreto 410 de 1971 · POR LA CUAL SE EXPIDE EL CÓDIGO DE COMERCIO

No podrá el representante hacer de contraparte del representado o contratar consigo mismo, en su propio nombre o como representante de un tercero, salvo expresa autorización del representado.

En ningún caso podrá el representante prevalerse, contra la voluntad del representado, del acto concluido con violación de la anterior prohibición y quedará obligado a indemnizar los perjuicios que le haya causado.
