Artículo único. El Gobierno da público testimonio de los eminentes servicios que á la ciencia y á la instrucción ha prestado durante más de medio siglo el Profesor Sr. Dr. D. Liborio Zerda, y le concede una pensión vitalicia de jubilación de ochenta pesos oro ($ 80) mensuales, que se imputaran al departamento de Instrucción Pública, capítulo y artículos respectivos del presupuesto de cada Vigencia. Comuníquese y publíquese
