Articulo 1° Con base en la suma de ciento cincuenta mil pesos ($ 150.000) moneda corriente, valor de los pagarés números 31 a 45, inclusive, expedidos a favor del Instituto de Crédito Territorial, en desarrollo de las autorizaciones del Decreto número 26 de 1945, ábrese el siguiente crédito adicional al Presupuesto vigente: MINISTERIO DE HACIENDA Y CREDITO PUBLICO CAPITULO 32 Gastos varios. Articulo 293B. Para entregar al Instituto de Crédito Territorial con destino al cumplimiento del Decreto número 26 de 1945 (préstamos a las asociaciones de obreros o empleados que tengan por objeto construir casas de habitación para su afiliados) $ 150.000.00
