Art. 5° Consignado el derecho, segun lo proviene el artículo 3,° el Administrador dará al interesado copia autentica do la licencia i del recibo del derecho, con la cual ocurrirá al Presidente del Estado respectivo, quien pondrá al pié una nota de la fecha de la presentación, dando cuenta inmediatamente al Poder Ejecutivo de haber anotado una licencia que tiene tales condiciones.
