Art. 34. Los Administradores subalternos de correos y los Telegrafistas , rendirán las cuentas de su cargo á la Administración departamental de Hacienda respectiva, dentro del tiempo fijado en la primera parte del artículo 30 y para los efectos de que habla el inciso 8° del artículo 17 de esta ley.
