º Los Contadores Públicos a quienes se les expida la Tarjeta Profesional, podrán ejercer la profesión mientras tengan vigente la inscripción correspondiente. En virtud de la facultad conferida por el numeral 1º del artículo 20 de la Ley 43 de 1990, la Junta Central de Contadores enviará oportunamente a las Superintendencias, a la Comisión Nacional de Valores y a la Administración de Impuestos Nacionales, la lista de los Contadores cuya Tarjeta haya sido suspendida o cancelada.
