PRUEBA DE LA COMISION DE UN NUEVO DELITO. Para los efectos del artículo 64 de este Código, se considerará que el liberado condicionalmente ha cometido un nuevo delito, una vez que se encuentre en firme la sentencia que lo declare responsable.
