Pensión especial. Los ex presidentes de la República devengarán la pensión especial establecida en su favor en las Leyes 48 de 1962, 83 de 1968 y 53 de 1978. La pensión especial de los expresidentes tendrá una cuantía igual a la de la asignación mensual que por todo concepto corresponda a los Senadores y Representantes. (Decreto 91 de 1995, artículo 1°)
