Los colonos o cultivadores nacionales que actualmente ocupan tierras baldías, con ganados o cultivos en la zona reservada por el Gobierno en la región bananera y en la Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, en el Departamento del Magdalena, con autoridad al Decreto 338 de 1924, sobre reserva, pueden pedir y tienen derecho que se les adjudique lo ocupado y tres tantos más dentro de las limitaciones esta establecidas por las leyes que regulan la materia.
