De la Junta Monetaria. La Junta Monetaria determinará el monto global de los recursos crediticios disponibles para cada período y la estructura de plazos e intereses de los créditos teniendo en cuenta el programa específico de producción establecido por el Ministerio de Agricultura y las recomendaciones formuladas por el Comité Consultivo del Fondo. Así mismo establecerá el monto, modalidad y porcentaje del redescuento, el cual no podrá ser .Inferior al 65% del valor de los préstamos.
