Art. 209. La autoridad suprema de la Escuela es el Ministerio de Instrucción Pública, sin cuya aprobación no se puede introducir ninguna medida importante en el plantel, sea modificación de lo existente ó enteramente nueva. Las autoridades subalternas y el orden de dependencia en que se hallan serán: los Profesores, subordinados al Director de la Escuela; el Director, sometido á la Junta Directiva es el Gobernador del Departamento.
