° A todo material de propagación de plantas (semillas, bulbos, esquejes, rizomas, injertos, etc.), que se introduzca a Colombia, deben acompañarse los correspondientes certificados de sanidad vegetal, expedidos por las autoridades de sanitarias de la Nación de procedencia y el permiso que para su importación haya concebido el Ministerio de la Economía Nacional. Dicho material debe ser analizado en el puerto de buenaventura o en el de Barranquilla, por los Agrónomos Inspectores de Cuarentena y Sanidad Vegetal.
