Artículo 1º Son Rentas Nacionales las siguientes:

Derechos de Aduana; Derechos de Puerto (Faros, Tonelaje y Lastres); Derechos de Sanidad; Derechos Consulares; Correos; Telégrafos; Lazareto; Productos de Ferrocarriles; Bienes Nacionales; Patentes de Privilegio; Salinas Terrestres; Salinas Marítimas; Minas de Esmeralda de Muzo y Coscuez; Minas de Santa Ana y La Manta, Supía y Marmato; Derechos sobre Minas; Papel Sellado y Timbre Nacional; Cigarrillos, Fósforos; Ingresos Varios; Tierras Baldías; Bosques Nacionales; Marcas de Fábrica y Comercio; Impuesto Fluvial; Aprovechamientos; Vigencias Anteriores.
