Sustancias de emisión controlada en fuentes móviles terrestres . Se prohíbe la descarga al aire, por parte de cualquier fuente móvil, en concentraciones superiores a las previstas en las normas de emisión, de contaminantes tales como monóxido de carbono (CO), hidrocarburos (HC), óxidos de nitrógeno (NOX), partículas, y otros que el Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible determine, cuando las circunstancias así lo ameriten.
