Con base en el numeral 11 del artículo 76 de la Constitución Nacional, autorízase al Gobierno para que, por conducto del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, asuma el mantenimiento de las siguientes carreteras:

a)

Carretera Toluviejo - Palmito, longitud aproximada 19 kilómetros.

b)

Carretera Sampués - San Benito, longitud aproximada 52 kilómetros.

c)

Carretera Las Tablitas - San Marcos, longitud aproximada 42 kilómetros.

d)

Carretera Corozal - Since - Galeras, longitud aproximada 35 kilómetros.

e)

Carretera Sincelejo - Coveñas, longitud aproximada de 35 kilómetros.

f)

Buenavista - Caño Prieto - Las Flórez, longitud aproximada de 35 kilómetros.
