Solicitudes en trámite. Las personas naturales o jurídicas que a la fecha de entrada en vigencia del presente Decreto, tengan radicadas solicitudes en cumplimiento del artículo 2° del Decreto 2261 de 2012 no requerirán de dicha autorización y, por lo tanto, las solicitudes en trámite serán objeto de archivo.
